There appears to be a significant elevation difference at the Wilson Blvd. entrance. Please confirm elevation drop, length of ramp, cross slope on the curve, landing and turn around at doors, etc. It would not appear from site vist that ramp depicted on plans can accomodate the elevation difference on site
