Sheet A-101 CODE PLAN: Occupant load calculations are incorrect. Please use the right load factors based on the function of each space in the tenant. For example, dining tables should be done at 15 SF/Occp, kitchen should be done at 200 SF/Occp, restrooms and circulation areas should be done at 100 SF/Occp, if queuing is anticipated it should be done at 5 SF/Occp.
