Also, you must review Chapter 8 of the VCC 2012 in its entirety and confirm that you are meeting the additional indices for floor finishing, moldings, furred and set-out construction, and other elements within the interior of the space which are all included in Chapter 8. Kindly provide this required information on your resubmitted plans package.

Please review Section 505 for additional information which must be met and shown on the ramp drawing on this sheet set. NEW COMMENT 6/07/2017 Still could not see the minimum/maximum installation tolerances for the toilet paper dispenser. Refer to Section 604.7 of the ICC A117.1-2009 for DETAILED information about toilet dispensers.
Building06/07/2017ApprovedSheet I-1103 DOOR SCHEDULE AND TYPE: NOT RESOLVED: Provide evidence that the Concealed Rod panic Device installed on each of the exterior exit doors comply with Section 1008.1.10 of the VCC 2012 which requires: 1- Panic hardware be listed with UL 305. 2- The actuating portion of the releasing device shall extend at least one-half of the door leaf. 3- The maximum unlatching force shall not exceed 15 pounds (67 N).

Extremely confusing and time consuming for reviewers to be searching for relevant sheets which are dispersed throughout the entire submitted package. PLEASE rearrange according to engineering standards. Thank you.

Cut sheet from manufacturer is not reviewed for compliance with applicable code sections from the VCC 2012. 2- Cut sheets and information from manufacturer is submitted as "additional information", which is not not reviewed as other drawings which are prepared, signed and sealed by a Virginia Registered Design Professional (RA or P.E).
