Electrical07/29/2022RejectedThe 'One Line Electrical Riser Diagram' shows a 400 ampere service disconnect switch (Retail Service Disconnect). The service entrance conductors (750KCMIL AL), are shown to be supplied directly from the 'Utility 480V XFMR'. The length of the 'unfused' service entrance conductors 'must' comply with the requirements of NEC Article 230.70 (A)(1). Currently, these conductors are shown to be 'over head' and not installed in a minimum of 2" concrete as permitted by NEC Article 230.6. Refer to sheets E4.01 and E5.01. Please clarify. Section 109.3 of the Virginia Construction Code.
