The current layout of the existing toilet rooms does not appear to provide the required toe space at compartments with walls to the floor, compartment door maneuvering clearances and/or doors in series. You may want to look at VEBC 404.4.10 or use the new ADA toilet room as one of the men's or women's and change the ADA form to box 4 and show a path for compliance as upgrades.
