| 2. A001, Key Plan & Site Plan: Provide sufficient detail to demonstrate the egress route to the outside via the kitchen back door. VCC §1003.6 |
| - Show the location and distance to the Common Area toilet facilities noted on A002. |
| 3. A002, Code Analysis, Applicable Building Codes: Update the codes to the current edition of the Virginia Existing Building Code, Virginia Construction Code and the components thereto. ANSI A117.1-03 should be updated to -09. |
