Transfer-type shower shall comply with 2009 ICC/ANSI A117.1 Section 608.2.1. Clear floor space shall extend 12" past the seat. The shower controls shall be on the wall opposite the seat. Show clear floor space, seat, and controls on plan. See Fig. 608.2.1.
Comment is applicable for the men's room accessible shower seat, it appears required 12" extension is blocked by an extended wall, please see referenced figure in ANSI book for clear layout of transfer type showers.
