You selected the space by space method and associated wattage value for the retail sales area (1.6 w/sf), but applied a much larger square footage than the retail area SF listed on the cover sheet (10K rather than 7K SF) and you did not itemize the other areas of the project nor apply their specific wattage allowances from section C405.5.2. This grossly overstates the wattage allowance allowed for your lighting plan. When using the space by space method, and associated wattage allowance values, you need to apply only the square footage that matches the square footage on the code summary sheet for each area, and include all different project areas in the space by space analysis (except for the walk-in coolers). Or you may select the building area method and associated wattage value (1.4 w/sf) and include the total SF for the project without having to list each area separately. But you then need to select the correct wattage and category associated with the building area type. Retail would be an acceptable category but the w/sf would be 1.4 rather than 1.6.
