Building06/27/2016Approved Sheets A21.3, A21.4. The required toe clearance is not provided in the accessible toilet compartments. Where partitions extend to the floor surface, more clear floor space is required. ANSI A117.1, 604.9.5.1.

Energy 07/26/2016Approved Sheet E0.2 includes an interior lighting COMcheck. This COMcheck does not appear to have been properly completed to demonstrate the project is complying with section C405.5.2 of the 2012 VECC. The COMcheck must include all new lighting and existing lighting to remain for the area that is being altered. Energy 06/27/2016Approved The sheet numbers on the drawings do not match the sheet numbers given in the uploaded permit submission. For example, the sheet titled "E-001 ELECTRICAL GENERAL NOTES - Electrical - General and Site Information" in the electronic permit review system is titled "E0.2" on the sheet itself. Energy 06/27/2016Approved Sheet T1.0 includes code summary which lists the governing codes of the permit submission. The list of governing codes does not include the 2012 Virginia Energy Conservation Code. In the resubmission, revise sheet T1.0 to include the 2012 Virginia Energy Conservation Code in the list of governing codes.
